Being healthier is easier than you think. In fact there are many ways that you can get healthy with minimal effort.
Fill half your plate with non-starchy vegetables
-vegetables are low in calories in high in fiber and nutrients.
Eat from a smaller plate and bowl
-eating from a smaller plate is a simple way to trick your brain into eating less. This can be useful if you feel the portions you eat are too big.
Swap refined carbs for whole, unprocessed carbs
-refined carbs are sources of empty calories and provide no nutritional benefit.
Swapping them for a whole, unprocessed carbs can increase your nutrients and fiber intake.
Eat fatty fish often
-fatty fish like salmon and halibut are great sources of omega three fatty acid and B vitamins.
Consider certain supplements

Try regular meditation
-meditation is a great way to relieve stress. Try incorporating it into your routine a couple times per week. Headspace is a great app!
