At T3 Fitness, Group Personal Training combines the individualized coaching of personal training with the motivation, accountability, and energy of a small-group environment.

Sessions are limited to 8 participants, allowing your trainer to provide personalized coaching, exercise modifications, and proper technique throughout every training session.
