At T3 Fitness our small group personal training program is named – Fit Club
Our group sessions offer you the ability to get customized workouts with a certified personal trainer at an affordable cost. It’s designed to build your strongest/healthiest body ever.
The training session is with a group of up to 8 people, coached by a CERTIFIED personal trainer. Class size is limited so you get the attention you need. Every session is different covering challenges in strength, stability, balance, core and cardiovascular endurance training. All progressions are explained to offer exercises that fit any fitness level.

Dropset (100% Strength)
AMRAP "As Many Rounds As Possible" (30% Strength/ 70% Cardio)
SuperFit (80% Strength/ 20% Cardio)
EMOM "Every Minute On The Minute" (30% Strength/ 70% Cardio)
