T3 Fitness is a boutique personal training studio built on the principles of functional strength training, mobility, stability, and long-term health.

Our goal is simple: help people move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent through expert guidance, personalized programming, and a supportive community.

We offer:

  • Small-Group Personal Training (“Fit Club”)

T3 Fitness was founded in 2008 by original owner Sandi Vande Berg with the vision of creating a studio where:

Meet Julie Edgar

Hi, I’m Julie Edgar — owner of T3 Fitness, certified personal trainer, and someone who is truly passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped clients of all fitness levels improve strength, mobility, balance, energy, and overall quality of life through functional strength training and personalized guidance.

My journey into fitness began after the birth of my son, Ethan. I wanted to feel strong enough to fully enjoy motherhood — to play on the floor pain-free, run around the backyard without getting winded, and feel confident in my own body and health.

That experience sparked a passion that became my life’s work.

Today, my approach to training focuses on more than just workouts. I believe fitness should help you move better, feel better, and live better — both inside and outside the studio.

At T3 Fitness, clients receive:
