The culture and atmosphere of T3 Fitness follows the vision of the original owner Sandi Vande Berg. She wanted to create a studio where the energy could be felt upon walking in, the coaching environment would be supportive, comfortable and approachable, and everyone would feel welcome.
The focus at T3 is to deliver extraordinary service that is beyond expectations. We guide and educate you through your training program. Personal training, as well as, small group training - FitClub is for beginners, fitness enthusiasts and athletes alike. We help you get where you want to go!

Julie has been at T3 Fitness since April 2010. She is dedicated to making fitness and health her lifestyle. She has achieved a huge personal goal of 170lbs LOST which she has kept if off over the years. She knows of the struggles both emotionally and physically that one must go through to reach their goals. Certified Personal Trainer with the American Counsel on Exercise, TRX certified, and a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Julie is ready to take on clients to show them everything she has learned- both in her own experience as well as her learned knowledge.
Laura loves to motivate and wants to help you reach your goals. She caught the “bug” after accomplishing her own fitness goals at T3 Fitness. She will teach you how to make it a lifestyle rather than a temporary fix, and to enjoy an active life everyday! Training brings more fulfillment to Laura’s life. Let her show you her passion.
