Our approach combines dynamic exercises and core stability training to enhance strength and performance in daily activities.
We offer personal training and group training called Fit Club; catering to
individuals of all fitness levels.
The focus at T3 is to deliver extraordinary service that is beyond expectations. We guide and educate you through your training program. We give you that road map to achieving your goals and help you get to where you want to go!

VISION:
The culture and atmosphere of T3 Fitness follows the vision of the original owner Sandi Vande Berg. Established in 2008, she wanted to create a studio where the energy could be felt upon walking in, the coaching environment would be supportive, comfortable and approachable, and everyone would feel welcome.

Hi there! I'm Julie Edgar, your guide, motivator, and friend at T3 Fitness. With over 14 years in the fitness industry, my aim is to support you in smashing your fitness targets and living a healthier life.
My journey into fitness was sparked by the birth of our son Ethan. I wanted to be able to play with him on the floor pain free, run and chase him in the backyard without being out of breath and when he got older to not be embarrassed when his friends would come over for a play date, leading me to become a certified expert in functional strength and corrective exercise. I believe in an inclusive approach to fitness, combining physical, nutritional, and mental strategies to achieve success.
