Group Personal Training
"FIT CLUB"

At T3 Fitness our group personal training program is named – Fit Club.


Our group sessions offer you the ability to get customized workouts with a certified personal trainer at an affordable cost.

It’s designed to build your strongest/healthiest body ever.

The training session is with a group of up to 8 people, coached by a certified personal trainer. Class size is limited so you get the attention you need.  Every session is different covering challenges in strength, stability, balance, core and cardiovascular endurance training.  This high energy workout is geared toward ramping up your metabolism and is certain to increase strength and function. All progressions are explained to offer exercises that fit any fitness level.

Group Personal Training is for an individual who seeks and appreciates special attention to form and is open to adjustments and modifications throughout the workout. Every BODY is unique and it should be trained that way!


5 pack: $105 (3 month expiration)

10 pack: $195 (3 month expiration)

Unlimited Sessions: $215/ month (no contracts!)
